1-on-1 Coaching
Every personal trainer at Xtreme Couture builds your program around your body, your schedule and your goals — not a template off a shelf.

Specialists, not stand-ins
Most gyms hand you whoever is free. The team here covers genuinely different ground — sports nutrition and body composition, movement and rehabilitation, strength and athletic performance, and registered kinesiology alongside the clinic. Which of those you need depends on what you are actually trying to do.
That matters because “I want to get in shape” almost always turns out to mean something more specific once you say it out loud — and the honest answer to some of those is not a training program at all. The first conversation is for working that out.
Where to start
You do not have to work this out before you get in touch — the first conversation is for exactly this. But it is a reasonable map.
A sports nutrition and body-composition specialist. The part most people underestimate: what you eat will decide more of this than what you lift. Both get handled together, not separately.
A movement coach. The aim is to produce people who no longer need a trainer. If you want to understand your own body rather than be told what to do, start here.
A strength and athletic performance specialist. Bodybuilding, powerlifting and explosive high-intensity work. Bring a sport and a season.
A registered kinesiologist. If pain is the reason you stopped — or the reason you have been avoiding half the gym — start here rather than working around it on your own. Youth athletic development sits here too, so this is the right conversation if the athlete is your child rather than you.

With over 20 years of experience as a Trainer, Mike’s motto is: “Have an unrelenting drive for evolution, as opposed to a quest for perfection. Perfection is unattainable, however expect excellence. In short, don’t do… be. This is a process, not a destination. Forgive yourself for your past inaction and poor execution, become a self-directed student of life again, return to your childhood curiosity in the body of an adult and know yourself for the first time.” Mike produces independent exercise enthusiasts by providing in-depth knowledge on equipment usage, exercise form and techniques, lifestyle management, and the ability to see the joy of exercise.
